Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email info@khushmizajofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or made-to-measure orders
Sale or discounted items
Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock permits. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
