Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). During peak seasons (Eid, Diwali, wedding season), processing may take up to 5 business days. Custom or made-to-measure orders require 4-6 weeks production time.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada via Canada Post and Purolator. Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- Nova Scotia & Atlantic Canada: 2-4 business days
- Ontario & Quebec: 3-5 business days
- Western Canada: 5-8 business days
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $300 CAD.
International Shipping (USA)
We ship to the United States via Canada Post and Purolator. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days after shipping. Free shipping on US orders over $200 USD.
US customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees charged by US Customs. These are not included in our prices.
Halifax Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up in Halifax, NS is available by appointment. Select the pick-up option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your package on the Canada Post or Purolator website.
Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or delays due to weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
